How this would work for real

BizSeva never contacts a live government system, and this replica exists so the handoff can be shown honestly rather than described.

In production the identity documents come from DigiLocker through registered-requestor onboarding on API Setu, which is a real and documented path. MCA and GSTN publish no write APIs today, so the honest answer for the filing itself is prefill-and-handoff — the founder still reviews and signs on the official portal. A sanctioned prefill token would remove the last manual step, and that is a conversation to have with the departments, not something to claim we have already solved.
